Even though masks are not required to be worn everywhere by vaccinated and boosted people, masks are still highly recommended for protection from COVID-19.
Due to the Delta Variant extreme contagiousness of the Omicron Variant masks can give added protection. In large groups like college campuses, stadiums and concerts, it is better to be safe than sorry. Vaccine apprehension is still prevalent throughout the country and unfortunaley only 60% of the U.S. population has been fully vaccinated and boosted.
